4. Avial



Avial is a mixed vegetable curry that is cooked in coconut milk and a blend of spices. It is a signature dish of Kerala and is a popular food item in South India. Avial is usually served with rice and is a favorite among vegetarians.








5. Payasam



Finally, the show stopper, Payasam. A sweet dish that is made with rice, milk, and sugar. It is a popular dessert in South India and is usually served on special occasions and festivals. Payasam is available in different varieties, including rice, vermicelli, and semolina.
