The Maharaja Legacy

The Bahuka Tradition

Bahuka Restaurant is named after our Master Chef Bahuka (Nala Maharaja), who has tickled the taste buds of Maharajas since ancient times.

We were inspired by his book Paka Darpanam (the culinary mirror), which taught us the essence of hospitality and the cooking techniques of ancient India.

We at Bahuka are excellent hosts who are rich by heart, serving our customers with a wide variety of dishes and satisfying their taste buds. We welcome you and your family to relish your tastebuds with our authentic and balanced flavors.

From the Patrons

“It’s really an experience crafted for Maharajas. The ambience is rich, people are very welcoming and food is amazing.”

Gangadhar Shetty

“Do yourself a favor and visit Bahuka Restaurant. The apt name should have been Maharaja's in (CN). The service is unmatched. The food just melts in our mouths. Though you can order just any dish, I recommend asking recommendations of staff!”

Ramakanth Jadhav

"When we think about celebrations / lunch get-togethers at office, Bahuka REstaurant  is always our first option, and it never disappoints. From the starters to main course, to the desserts the quality and tastes of everything is really rich. The staff pamper you with service. I give 10/10"
